My name is Joe McCuaig...I'm a self-Taught carver and Painter from Northern Lower Michigan.I've been carving for over 20 years and painting for 2...I call my art "Outsider" as I am self-Taught but theres quite a bit of regular Folk Art strains involved also..A few collectors have noticed a striking similarity between some of the Artists paintings and mine...everyone has a excuse ...Its hard enough to come up with fresh ideas to paint then have someone "Take" one of yours and feel they can "Make it Better"...You think up your own thoughts and suffer the blocks and headaches that other originals do and you'll be a righteous Artist...Not a Copycat...You two know to whom I'm speaking and if theres a problem ...Email me or call me...thanx and enjoy MY art!!!!
